The Hanover Summer Soccer Camp, powered by LTG, is designed to offer young athletes the opportunity to grow their skills while enjoying every moment on the field.

Each week, players will be immersed in dynamic training sessions, fun games, and team-building activities that balance player development with the joy of simply playing soccer.

☀️ Weather Policy

The safety of our players and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe weather (including heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, or unsafe field conditions), LTG reserve the right to cancel or delay camp sessions.

⚠️ Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Decisions regarding same-day cancellations will be made by 8:00 AM whenever possible.

  • Notifications will be sent via email and/or text alert to all registered families.

  • If a weather event develops after the camp day begins, we may cancel or suspend the remainder of that day’s activities, and parents will be contacted for early pickup as needed.

💰 Refund & Credit Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if more than half of the scheduled camp days for that specific week are canceled due to weather.

  • Live The Game LLC (LTG) reserves the right to process refunds after fixed operational expenses have been covered (e.g., staffing, field rental, equipment).

  • LTG may also offer credit toward a future camp or session as an alternative to a monetary refund.

We appreciate your understanding as we balance safety, fairness, and the logistical realities of running a quality youth sports program.

Medical & Allergy Information Policy

To ensure the health and safety of all campers, it is mandatory that parents or guardians disclose all relevant medical conditions and allergies prior to the start of camp. This includes, but is not limited to, food allergies, environmental allergies, medication allergies, and any chronic or acute medical conditions.

By enrolling your child in the Summer Soccer Camp, you agree to the following:

  1. Complete Disclosure: You will provide full and accurate medical and allergy information about your child before camp begins. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the camper’s removal from camp for their safety.

  2. Emergency Medication: If your child requires emergency medication such as an EpiPen or inhaler, you agree to provide the necessary medication to camp staff at check-in. All medication must be clearly labeled with your child’s name and dosage instructions.

  3. Ongoing Communication: You will promptly notify camp staff of any changes to your child’s medical condition or allergy status that occur during the camp session.

  4. Supervision of Medication: You authorize camp staff to supervise the administration of any medication your child must take during camp hours, but only with prior written consent.

  5. Health Status: You agree not to send your child to camp if they are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, vomiting, rash, etc.) and will notify camp staff immediately if your child becomes ill during camp.

  6. Emergency Care Authorization: You understand that in the event of a medical emergency, camp staff are authorized to administer basic first aid and seek emergency medical services if necessary.

  7. Confidentiality: You acknowledge that all medical and allergy information provided will be kept confidential and only shared with staff members involved in your child’s care.

🚗 Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy

The safety and security of our campers is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all families, the following Drop-Off and Pick-Up procedures will be strictly followed:

Drop-Off Procedures

  • Drop-off window: 8:45 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Camp activities begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

  • Parents/guardians must check in their child with a staff member each morning.

  • Campers should arrive dressed and ready to play (cleats, shin guards, sunscreen, water bottle, etc.).

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive after 9:15 AM, please walk your child to the check-in station or designated late sign-in table. Do not drop off without ensuring your child is safely checked in.

🕒 Pick-Up Procedures

Pick-up is promptly at 1:00 PM

Late Pick-Up Policy:

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After 1:15 PM, a late pick-up fee may be charged.

  • Chronic late pickups may result in the camper being dismissed from the program without a refund.

Early Pick-Up:

  • If your child needs to be picked up early, please notify the camp director at drop-off or via email/text in advance.

  • Early pick-ups must be completed before 12:30 PM to avoid interfering with closing activities

    We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient drop-off and pick-up system for all campers and staff.

Lunch Policy

CAMP WILL CONCLUDE BEFORE LUNCH TIME - THERE WILL BE NO DESIGNATED LUNCH TIME AT CAMP.

Refund Policy

At Summer Soccer Camp, we strive to provide a valuable and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering:

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations by Participant:

    • Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing via email to the camp administration.

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative processing fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before camp start are subject to a 50% refund of the registration fee.

    • No refunds will be issued once camp has started.

  • Camp Cancellations Due to Weather or Other Unforeseen Events:

    • In the event that camp sessions are canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, notifications will be made by 8:00 AM on the day of camp or as soon as possible thereafter.

    • If more than half of the scheduled camp days are canceled, registrants will be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit toward a future camp session.

    • LTG reserves the right to offer refunds only after fixed expenses have been covered and may offer credit toward another camp session as an alternative.

Transfer Policy:

  • Transfers to other weeks or sessions may be allowed subject to availability and approval by camp administration. Transfers must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the start of camp.

No Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend camp without prior notification will not result in a refund.
